Healthy habits for Sat & Sun, January 27-28

Not done.

But mostly done.

I got sick, and you know how when you get sick all normal things kind of fall by the wayside.

I did try to do as much as possible, but, it didn't really amount to much.

I am feeling a bit better, but, still pretty crappy.
